Pressure regulators

DOPAG pressure regulators are used to lower the pressure of the pumped material to the required working pressure. In addition to accurately regulating the material pressure, these valves also compensate for the pulsations that arise from the movement of the piston pumps. These regulators can be used on materials with a viscosity of 5,000 to 500,000 mPas. DOPAG pressure regulators are manufactured in two different types of construction:

• piston pressure regulator
• diaphragm pressure regulator

Pressure tanks

Dopag pressure tanks are used for easy and clean feeding of low-viscosity media such as paints, oils and preservatives. The tanks can be used as a buffer storage in the measurement system or as the main supply of the system. They are available in a variety of sizes and options to meet different application requirements.

Transfer pumps

Transfer pumps are used to feed material directly from the original containers. They are double-acting pumps with a quick-switching air motor. It should be noted that their use is always dependent on the properties of the material and the type of container.

Grease pumps

The pumps in this series are modular, robust, economical, extremely reliable and easy to maintain and service. They are equipped with double-acting ball valves and piston pumps that deliver greases and oils of NLGI 0-3 consistency class.
