COLOMBI®
Spring separators are easy-to-use tools that eliminate the manual separating of springs. COLOMBI separators have been designed so that they can be placed directly at the workplace. They do not require additional instrumentation or employee training.
Colombi MICRO
- the smallest spring separator,
- uses compressed air,
- max spring sizes:
diameter < 4 mm,
length < 6.5 mm
Colombi MINI
- electric spring separator,
- very quiet,
- most popular separator,
- achieves a maximum capacity of up to 1500 pcs/min,
- max spring sizes:
diameter 2 – 11 mm
length < 35 mm
Colombi BIG
- electric spring separator,
- achieves a maximum capacity of up to 1500 pcs/min,
- max spring sizes:
diameter 5 – 25 mm
length < 50mm
Colombi SPEEDFEEDER
- automatic spring separator,
- uses compressed air,
- dedicated to work in automatic mode at assembly lines and manual work with a spring collection station,
- has a PLC controller controlling the operation of the separator,
- power supply 110/220 V, 50/60 Hz
