Information clause

According to Art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, I inform that:
1) the administrator of your personal data is AMS Sp. z o. o. Jagodnik 17C, 58-100 Swidnica
2) contact with the Personal Data Administrator at the above-mentioned address or via e-mail: ams@ams-at.pl,
3) Your personal data will be processed in order to make contact pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as the legitimate interest of the administrator
4) the recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities processing and managing the website
5) Your personal data will be stored for a period of 2 years
6) you have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify them, delete or limit processing
7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
8) providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data may result in the inability to make contact.
