Hydropneumatic with C-body
Thanks to their open design, hydropneumatic presses with a C-body enable easy conversion and quick and precise change of the working height. This type of solution is ideal for working as a single workstation, providing the operator with easy access to the tool and high pressure.
Characteristic:

- maximum pressing force up to 100 kN
- supply pressure 6 bar
- stepless change of working height by means of an angle gear
- the rectangular cross-section of the punch protects against rotation around its own axis
- high rigidity of the system thanks to the welded frame structure

Hydropneumatic with H-body
Hydropneumatic presses with a portal type body are characterized by minimal deflection of the system at a very high pressure force. They are ideal for working as semi-automatic or automatic workstations.

- large working space inside the portal
- work table with T-slots and holes for mounting the socket

Hydropneumatic with force and distance measurement
SCHMIDT® Technology hydropneumatic presses equipped with a precise measuring system and a PRC controller enable control over the process by continuous monitoring of the force and stroke of the punch.
