PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
Monitoring and Controlling
Pressure sensor
Pressure sensors indicate the current material pressure or transmit it to a monitoring unit.
Compatible with:
- blast valves
- spray valves
- integration with the system (digital / analogue)
Stroke detection sensor
The stroke detection device monitors the correct activity of various types of valves. By detecting the sliding movement of the dispensing needle or dispensing piston, it sends signals indicating proper valve operation.
Compatible with:
- needle metering valves
- chamber metering valves
- needle metering valves
- blast valves
- spray valves
Light barrier
The light barrier is used with blast and high-speed valves to monitor the number of shots fired.
Compatible with:
- high-speed valves
- blast valves
Microflow sensor
The microflow sensor can be used with needle metering valves to confirm that material is being dispensed. It is designed to detect very small amounts (0.005 – 3.00 mm3). This device is intended for material flow monitoring only, not for volume measurement. The micro-flow sensor detects whether material has flowed out or not without contacting the material. The induced analogue measurement signal is amplified and transmitted to the electronic controller. The sensor registers up to 120 dispensing cycles per minute. If the electronic controller fails to send a signal as a result of no material flow, the main control unit will alarm.
Dosing control unit
MR40 is a control unit developed by DOPAG to control complex measurement processes. The control unit enables communication between individual elements of the system and coordinates their operation. In addition, the offered software allows users to store multiple measurement programs, recall them and run them later. The control unit is equipped with connection ports for various material supply systems and is compatible with monitoring devices such as a flowmeter or light barrier. It can be used as a system control or as an interface between a higher-level control system and a measurement system.
Flowmeters
The DOPAG flowmeter has been specially developed for use in dosing and mixing systems. In processes involving one-component media such as greases and oils, it is used to measure the exact flow rate of the material at any given time. The measuring element consists of a very precisely matched pair of gears placed in the flowmeter housing. The rotation of the measuring element is detected by a non-contact sensor system and converted into digital signals.
