For almost 30 years, we have been creating machines, production lines and projects for companies not only from all over Poland, but also from different parts of the world. Thanks to the experience gained and a wide range of services, we are able to create installations based on traditional schemes, as well as completely individual solutions.
Our own machine park and warehouse facilities enable us to quickly deliver high-quality solutions. In exceptional situations, we use subcontractors, optimizing both the time of order execution and the delivery of finished machines and production lines.
We constantly certify and modernize our standards, out of concern for the highest quality of our services. We want our customers to receive a product of the highest quality, fully meeting their needs, which is why we pay great attention to meeting ISO standards and constantly improving the qualifications of the entire team.

Our company was founded by three friends with expert knowledge and experience in the automotive industry. A mechanic, automation and electrician constructor decided to create a company offering comprehensive services in the field of automation, assembly and control. From the beginning, the main idea, continued for years, was that the real value does not lie in the parts, but in the comprehensive solution to the problem – the answer to the production challenge.
That is why we try to combine the experience and skills of our team with constantly developing technology and substantive support. We accompany our clients at every stage of the project, creating solutions ideally suited to their needs. And all this with care for the highest quality and precision of the offered solutions.

The company's history

1993
Establishment of AMS Sp. z o. o. in Świdnica, dealing with the distribution of BOSCH products.
1998
Expansion of the company's activity from a trading company to a company dealing with the construction of machines for industry.
2004
Moving the company to a new headquarters in Jagodnik and starting cooperation with Schmidt Technology®.
2005
Acquisition of the metalworking department (including machinery) from Lincoln Electric.
2012
Obtaining the ISO 9001 quality certificate.
2013
Opening of the new headquarters of the company in Silesia - in Pszczyna.
2014
Construction of a new hall in Jagodnik.

We have our own machinery park, our own warehouses and our own quality department. We control 100% of the elements that we can process. We use components from top companies, ensuring continuity of production and service. We do not use the services of subcontractors, thanks to which we do not waste time on additional sending of materials or communication. All this to provide customers with products at the highest level.
